Not much to say this morning, folks. Sorry about that, especially after my little hiatus this week. I'm just exhausted; I haven't been sleeping well and to be perfectly honest, I've been having a little internal struggle with my old friend, mild depression. It's nothing serious, so please don't be alarmed. I just don't feel like doing anything.

When I get like this, it helps to go through the motions like nothing's wrong; fake it till you make it and all that. So I'm posting these photos from a week or two ago, even though I don't want to. I've also been going to the gym this week, which helps. So guess what's on my agenda for tonight.

How do you get yourself out of a little funk?

    It doesn't always help but having the house fill up with delicious warm smells usually makes me feel better...and then you get to eat whatever you made.   3. Going to the gym helps me a lot. I also love having a great movie sesh with some friends, that helps. But I totally get it that you don't want to go out or do much. Work's been kicking my butt lately and I'm forgetting to respond to emails and messages because I'm just TIRED. Hope you start to feel better soon!
