I'm in desperate need of some new ones...my old flat boots are pulling apart at the seams. So here are some Target boots I pinned that I'm definitely lusting after. Did I mention Target is having an online-only BOGO sale on shoes and bags. All these boots? Yeah, they're buy one, get one half off. This is dangerous.
